DeskGrid offers UX/UI design, website development, SEO, e-reputation, IT consulting, WordPress solutions, and multilingual digital support. Details of our services are available on our website or in your individual service agreement.
2. Client Responsibilities
By working with DeskGrid, you agree to:
– Provide accurate and timely information.
– Respond to requests for approvals or feedback.
– Pay invoices according to agreed terms.
3. Payments & Fees
– All services are subject to a fee, outlined in our proposal or quote.
– Payment terms are typically 50% upfront and 50% upon project completion, unless otherwise agreed.
– Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per month.
4. Intellectual Property
– DeskGrid retains ownership of any tools, code libraries, or templates developed prior to your project.
– You retain ownership of your content and materials provided to us.
– Final deliverables become your property upon full payment.
5. Confidentiality
We agree to keep all non-public information provided by the client strictly confidential, unless disclosure is required by law.
6. Revisions & Changes
Minor revisions are included in project scope. Major changes or additions may require a separate agreement or fee adjustment.
7. Termination
You may cancel services at any time in writing. We reserve the right to terminate a project if terms are breached or communication becomes inactive for 30+ days. Fees for work completed up to the point of termination will still apply.
8. Limitation of Liability
DeskGrid will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.
9. Third-Party Tools
We may use or recommend third-party services (e.g., hosting, analytics). We are not responsible for any failure or issue caused by these external providers.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
